Booking & Scheduling

A tech driving out to an empty house is wages, fuel, and a slot that could have gone to a paying job.

The problem

Nobody home, and nothing in writing

A tech drives out to Four Corners and nobody’s there. That’s an hour of wages, the fuel, and a slot on the calendar you could have sold to somebody else. It happens because the customer forgot, or never had the arrival window written down anywhere they could find it.

Then reschedules come in by phone at eight in the morning, right when the office is trying to get crews out the door. Nothing is confirmed in writing, so nobody is quite sure what was agreed.

What we build

Automated reminders. A text and an email go out ahead of every booking with the date, the arrival window, and the job. A second text lands 45 minutes before arrival, so the customer can be home, unlock the gate, and put the dog inside.

Instant confirmations. The moment someone books, they get it in writing. Nothing sits unverified and nobody has to call to check.

Self-serve rescheduling. The reminder carries a reschedule link that only offers times when a truck is already going to be in that area — so a reschedule doesn’t blow up the route.

It works with what you already run

QuickBooks, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro — whatever you use, we build around it. You and your crew don’t change how you work.

In practice

Techs driving out to empty houses

An electrical contractor in Belgrade was losing hours to empty-house calls and morning phone tag. After we wired up reminders with arrival windows and area-aware reschedule links, no-shows dropped about 85% in the first month — roughly four hours a week back per tech — and about 40% of reschedules now go through the link instead of the phone.

What it costs

Quoted up front, before anything starts

Setup runs $200–$3,000 depending on how many workflows you need and how complex they are, plus $10–$250 a month to keep them running and supported. You get the number before we build anything.

No contracts. And if your automations don’t recover their build cost in the first 60 days, we refund the build.

A:We’re live in 2 weeks. Most companies are seeing measurable results in less than a month after it goes live.

A:No. We build around what you already run: QuickBooks, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, whatever it is.

A:That’s not what this is for. It takes the repetitive work off their plate — the reminders, the data entry, the follow ups — so the people you already pay can do the work that actually needs a person.
