These Terms and Conditions govern the SMS text messaging program provided by Treeline Automation LLC (“Treeline Automation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This is a first party program: we send text messages only to individuals who personally request contact from Treeline Automation. We do not send messages on behalf of third parties, and we do not engage in affiliate marketing or third party lead generation. By consenting to receive text messages as described below, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

You opt in to receive text messages by submitting the audit request form on our website at treelineautomation.com/audit, entering your phone number, selecting “Text” as your preferred contact method, and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages. Your consent is given directly to Treeline Automation and is not shared with or transferred to any other party. Messages relate to your audit and intake request and include confirmations, appointment scheduling, and support replies. We do not send promotional or bulk marketing messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at treelineautomation.com/privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt in data is never shared with third parties.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer interaction. You will only receive text messages directly related to your active service requests or scheduled appointments.

Pricing

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt Out and Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
