A:Every build is quoted up front, so you'll know the number before we start. Setup runs $200-$3,000 depending on how many workflows you need and how complex they are, plus $10-$250 a month to keep them running and supported.
A:Common story. We're hyper local to the Gallatin Valley, so you can get us on the phone when you need us. Everything we build is customized to how your business actually runs, we're very good at this, and we keep listening to you after it goes live instead of handing you a login and disappearing.
A:No. We build around what you already run: QuickBooks, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, whatever it is. The whole point is that you and your team don't have to change the softwares you already use.
A:We're live in 2 weeks. Most companies are seeing measurable results in less than a month after it goes live. Bigger builds take longer to finish, but you'll have something working and saving you time well before the whole project is done.
A:You call us and we fix it. Automations run on other companies' software, and now and then those companies change something. We monitor the health of every automation we build and check on them continuously, so that stays rare and we usually catch it before you notice. Keeping it working is part of what you pay for.
A:No. If you can use your phone and the software you already have, you can use what we build. We aim to make this as easy as possible for you.
A:Yes. No contracts, ever. And if your automations don't recover their build cost in the first 60 days, we refund the build. All we ask is that you tell us why you're leaving, so we can make our product better. We're not interested in holding anyone hostage. If it isn't making your life easier, we don't want your money.
